  • In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at that price.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) for UK customers and USD ($) for US customers. UK prices include VAT where required by law. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and any other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is outside our shipping zones, we suspect fraudulent activity, or a product is no longer available. In the event of cancellation by Elyza Store, a full refund will be issued promptly.
