Warranty Policy
1. Overview
Elyza Store stands behind the quality of the products we sell. We offer warranty coverage on eligible electronic products as detailed in this policy. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom or the United States.
Beauty and personal care products are not covered by a product warranty but are subject to our Refund and Return & Exchange Policy.
2. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers electronic products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Covered defects include:
- Failure to power on or charge without physical damage caused by the customer
- Malfunctioning buttons, screens, or components under normal use
- Internal hardware failures not caused by liquid damage or physical impact
- Manufacturing defects that affect the product's functionality
3. Warranty Duration

The warranty period commences on the date your order is delivered as confirmed by our shipping carrier. Some products may include an additional manufacturer's warranty that extends beyond our own.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Physical damage including cracked screens, dents, or broken components
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, battery degradation over time, or fading
- Consumable parts such as batteries after the first 6 months of use
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
Important: Attempting to repair a product yourself or through an unauthorised third party will void this warranty.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email us at shop@elyza.com with the subject: "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]". Include your name, order number, product name, and a description of the defect.
- Attach clear photographs or a short video demonstrating the defect.
- Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and confirm whether it falls within warranty coverage.
- If approved and physical inspection is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Upon inspection, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
6. Warranty Remedies
Upon confirmation of a valid warranty claim, Elyza Store will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Repair: Arrangement of authorised repair by a service centre.
- Replacement: A replacement product of the same model or equivalent if the original is discontinued.
- Refund: A full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not feasible, depending on the product's age and condition.
Replacement products are covered by the remaining period of the original warranty or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
7. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products we sell include a separate manufacturer's warranty, which may offer different terms or longer coverage periods. Manufacturer warranty documentation is typically included in the product packaging. Elyza Store's warranty is separate from and in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
8. Statutory Rights – UK
UK customers are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days of purchase: right to a full refund if goods are faulty.
- Between 30 days and 6 months: right to repair or replacement. If neither is possible, a refund may be offered.
- After 6 months: you must demonstrate the fault existed at the time of purchase, but the seller is still obligated to provide a remedy.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
9. Statutory Rights – USA
US customers may have rights under federal and state laws, including implied warranties under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Elyza Store's warranty does not disclaim any implied warranty to the extent prohibited by applicable state law.
